Generate. Screen. Triage.

The free RK360 Basic Provider App.

Generate leads.

Connect with new patients by adding to your NPI directory listing in patients’ RK360 Cloud Health Record Apps: “Offers Telehealth,” a business phone number, email address that you or your assistant may monitor, and the health insurance plans you accept.

Screen leads.

Get emails sent by interested patients from their RK360 Apps. Email includes patients’ pre-visit screening information: reason for contacting you, established or new patient status, ID and health insurance cards, HIPAA consent to share, and a secure link for you to send text-message responses.

Triage patients.

When your schedule permits, based on screening information, triage interested patients and send a secure text response indicating: (a) Call 911 immediately; (b) Call my business phone to schedule a visit; (c) Follow these recommendations.

From their free RK360 Mobile Apps, consumers can geolocate nearby providers in the RK360 Provider Directory, which lists all U.S. healthcare providers in the National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registry. All providers in the Directory, by default, have a Free Listing, which includes a fax number (if one is in the NPI Registry), but no email address (because none are in the NPI Registry).

Preferred Providers are those who subscribe to the RK360 Preferred Provider App. The App gives providers tools for exchanging pre-visit and post-visit data with patients consistent with some terms of the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation of 2018 (GDPR), and the 21st Century Cures Act. Preferred Providers’ Banner Listings proclaim, “I Share Data with Patients” and include provider-designated phone, email, and fax addresses.

Consumers can use their RK360 Mobile Apps to initiate Round-Trip Transactions (including transmissions of pre-visit files and follow-up requests for post-visit file upload) to providers with Free Listings via fax or to Preferred Providers via email. Consumers pay in-app charges for faxes to Free Listings, but nothing for emails to Preferred Providers.

After reviewing the Preferred Provider Agreement, sign up here for an RK360 Provider App subscription.
